The planner is responsible for organizing and directing the entrance for the wedding party.
The planner will work with the DJ to ensure music is played at the correct times.
The planner will direct the guests to where they need to go while photos are taken.
Ensure that activities occur according to pre-arranged plans: first dance, dinner, cake cutting, toasting, and departure.
Make sure that the final details have been taken care of including: giving tips and final payments to vendors, assuring the marriage license is signed, and help to determine who is responsible for cleanup (flowers, catering, linens, decor).
